Deaf Santa Visiting Children

Every child should be able to tell Santa the items on their Christmas wish list.
Deaf children had an opportunity to communicate with a Deaf Santa today,
at Chuck E. Cheese in Flint.
Now this Santa has been traveling around Michigan,
visiting with both deaf and hearing children.
He believes every child deserves
an opportunity to have their wish list heard.
[Deaf Santa interpreted] I was asked by a friend to go to a party, and there was one deaf girl that was there. And then it just kind of struck me that, you know, the deaf children don't have their own Santa, who can communicate with them.
[reporter] Deaf Santa will be at Chuck E. Cheese's on Miller Road in Flint until 7 tonight.
