One thing that inspired me to write this poem is love. It's because of love that we all... we all turn to writing because that's how we can show our feelings to people that we love. I'd like to leave a story written in your heart. Perhaps as a dilemma, as poetry, or a poem or a song. Leaving it in such a way that it remains in each living heart that dies thirsty for love and does not know this beautiful feeling. Because you came to my life like a song written in an afternoon of winter, Like the dew in the night and like the rain to arid and dry land. Your face is like an angel that came down from on high to give me light and hope and the will to keep fighting for a young woman as sweet and beautiful as you. Because you are the motor that drives my heart to keep beating day after day for you because I love you so much that you have formed part of my life. So I will be calm, like the clear water of a river, patiently waiting. Waiting for the day that you will tell me yes. And on that day the earth and the constellations of the universe will rejoice and they will be so happy that your name and mine are together, they will write it in the stars, outlined in gold so that men on earth who see those limitless depths can see that there has never been a love like mine that shines so brightly....
