- We ran into this little guy on our tour through the outback.
- He's called an Echidna, a small mamal covered in coarse hair and spines, kind of like a porcupine or a hedgehog.
- They resemble the anteater with their long nose or "snout". Their snout doubles as their nose and mouth.
- They have very short but tough limbs with big claws, which makes them such powerful diggers.
- They get their food by tearing open soft logs, ant hills and other things like that. They use their long sticky tongues that come out their long snout.
- Their prey gets stuck and they eat them.
- We're having a good time, but this is all for now. See you soon.
