So I’ve just in my first interview communicated a bit about Self Forgiveness,

points of my experience with Self Forgiveness

and with regards to reactions such as anxiety within yourself.

So you look at thoughts, or...

00:36 → 00:39

let me start with the following:

00:40 → 00:46

In the beginning of the process everything inside you,

00:46 → 00:49

that's going on, you know, the thoughts and the emotions and the feelings,

00:49 → 00:57

as you becoming aware of them it may seem like a "mountain",

00:57 → 01:00

you know kind of you standing back inside yourself

01:00 → 01:03

and you're looking at yourself and these thoughts are just going

01:03 → 01:06

and the emotions and the feelings and the reactions

01:06 → 01:09

and you just see everyone inside your world and your environment

01:09 → 01:13

and you just wanna pull your hair out of your head

01:13 → 01:21

because it seems like just too much.

01:21 → 01:27

In the beginning some will experience this within themselves

01:27 → 01:33

as though their mind and the thoughts and emotions and feelings seems so big,

01:33 → 01:36

so huge, such a vast amount

01:36 → 01:42

and this is where breath and breathing is so important.

01:42 → 01:46

So you take it literally moment by moment

01:46 → 01:51

because that mess inside yourself with regards to the thoughts

01:51 → 01:55

and the emotions and the feelings and everything interacting,

01:55 → 02:02

and the reactions and the suppressions and... is just sometimes...

you look at yourself and you just go...

02:07 → 02:09

ok...

02:09 → 02:14

This is where breathing is so important.

02:14 → 02:21

You know we've existed within this mess within ourselves for our entire lives,

02:21 → 02:25

and...

02:25 → 02:28

therefore taking it literally moment by moment,

02:28 → 02:33

breath by breath, you literally slowly but surely

02:33 → 02:40

disentangle yourself from this entire manifested mind system within and as you

02:40 → 02:45

which is with regards to information and how it's being designed and all the constructs,

02:45 → 02:48

it's intricate.

02:48 → 02:53

But within you being here with you in every moment of breath

02:53 → 02:57

and, you know whatever comes up within yourself, the thoughts and the emotions

02:57 → 03:03

and the feelings and you take direct responsibility for you in that moment

03:03 → 03:08

you'll start realizing but what exists within you

03:08 → 03:11

with regards to the mind to the thoughts and the emotions and the feelings

03:11 → 03:13

is not actually so big…

03:13 → 03:18

It just seems so vast and so extensive

03:18 → 03:25

because you haven't realized you within it all yet,

03:25 → 03:30

and what you see as within yourself with regards to the mind

03:30 → 03:34

and how it's being designed as you...

03:34 → 03:38

you've always only existed as that, you've always only seen that.

03:38 → 03:42

You've always only been that of/as yourself.

03:42 → 03:46

So, don’t be hard on yourself.

03:46 → 03:53

You know, just start here, just the breath, start..

03:53 → 03:58

and you slow everything down inside yourself, slowing down is so important

03:58 → 04:00

because the mind always races.

04:00 → 04:05

Whenever you find yourself racing inside of yourself: stop.

04:05 → 04:09

You just stop and whatever comes up in the moment

04:09 → 04:14

you trust you that you will direct you within that moment accordingly

04:14 → 04:17

and not accept and allow your mind to influence

04:17 → 04:23

your self expression of you in that particular moment.

04:23 → 04:29

You know as you are participating in this world,

04:29 → 04:38

for instance sitting in front of the computer or watching movies, or anything,

04:38 → 04:43

always slow yourself down, just breathing, breath,

04:43 → 04:50

a thought comes up, a reaction comes up: stop within yourself,

04:50 → 04:55

apply Self Forgiveness and just release - just I'm here...

04:55 → 04:57

...and you move on to the next moment.

04:57 → 05:00

So we walk moment by moment by moment and

05:00 → 05:06

within walking in every moment of breath,

05:06 → 05:10

you will experience you and with regards to the mind

05:10 → 05:14

everything will start slowing down and you'll realize that the mind

05:14 → 05:18

emotions, feelings, reactions, actually moves quite slow,

05:18 → 05:22

and...

05:22 → 05:25

you'll become extremely stable within yourself,

05:25 → 05:29

you know, literally no matter what happens inside yourself

05:29 → 05:36

you'll direct you in self honesty in the moment accordingly.

05:36 → 05:40

And the more within and as this process you'll start realizing

05:40 → 05:44

but these thoughts and these emotions and feelings are not you.

05:44 → 05:48

These reactions of the mind coming up inside of you.

05:48 → 06:00

And see every moment as an opportunity to establish you.

06:00 → 06:05

To not judge what's going on inside of yourself

06:05 → 06:09

because we have a tendency of doing that of really becoming frustrated

06:09 → 06:14

or angry or just judging what comes up inside ourselves

06:14 → 06:19

but I look at it as an opportunity for me to establish me.

06:19 → 06:23

So when a thought or an emotions, a feeling or reaction comes up:

06:23 → 06:32

just immediately stop, stand, apply Self Forgiveness.

06:33 → 06:37

And...

06:37 → 06:42

an opportunity for me to become more effective, more specific.

06:42 → 06:47

So it's about self, self assisting and supporting self.

06:47 → 06:54

And it's the same with Self Forgiveness: it's you assisting and supporting you, me.

06:54 → 06:58

It is who you are within applying Self Forgiveness.

06:58 → 07:03

It's who you are within breathing, within this entire process.

07:03 → 07:09

So remember you take YOU into consideration within this all.

07:09 → 07:21

It's like we've existed within this whole maze of mess inside of ourselves,

07:21 → 07:27

manifested as the mind and now we're literally standing up from within that

07:27 → 07:33

and realizing who we are, that who we are is not just the mind.

07:33 → 07:37

And realize that moment when applying Self Forgiveness,

07:37 → 07:44

when a reaction is experienced and you experience everything, just stop.

07:44 → 07:48

And you’re clear inside yourself and that anxiety dissipates,

07:48 → 07:56

that experience there, just that silence, that stability, that absolute clarity, that is you.

07:56 → 08:07

So, you are applying Self Forgiveness in assisting and supporting you, to realize YOU.
