Stéphane headed to Tamatave on June 26th very early on the morning (FBC will load Madagascar's Independance day fireworks pictures when the connection allow us to do so...). He then met Patrick (wearing a blue shirt), the head of the English Club association in Tamatave who opened his blog during FBC 6.
