In Islam, a Muslim is allowed to lie in war, among friends and to the wife (family?), possibly thanks to Quran 3:28 and 16:106. Being so the case, when is a Muslim suppposed to tell the truth? Can a Mulim answer this question without performing al-taqqiya?
