A stress-release session for you, if you wish, addressing precisely whatever you most want to address (relationship gone bad, money worries, work hassles, etc.). A bit like an exercise video for your mind. It is a very effective procedure.

- Hi. I'm the Yawn Guy. I'll give you a session if you want. It's like a mental exercise video.
- It's a RUB & YAWN stress-release session.
- It works best when you are well-rested, well-fed, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Ready? START OF SESSION!
- Rub & Yawn is a special procedure that uses natural body mechanisms to discharge harmful energy
- and also draw in fresh energy to replace the energy you just got rid of.
- In doing this procedure you want to encourage any yawns that start to appear. Yawns discharge stress.
- At the same time draw in fresh energy, by s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g
- or rubbing your hands together. Rub your chest. Rub your back. Rub your arms, your legs.
- Rub your feet on the carpet. That usually works well.
- Sometimes it's tricky to start the yawns. It is easier to keep them going once you've started y-a-w-n-i-n-g.
- Your TOPIC is some aspect of your life. Just one aspect, not your whole life.
- It might be a person you have trouble with, work hassles, maybe things that happened in childhood.
- Perhaps a loss, like someone died, or you got dumped.
- Maybe some traumatic event, like a car accident.
- So what topic do YOU think you should address in this session? Go with what first flashes into your mind.
- If you just started feeling sleepy, this is probably caused by the harmful energy attached to your topic. Start rubbing things HARD, and yawn.
- Rub, and Y-A-W-N. Rub, and Y-A-W-N. That's why this procedure is called "Rub & Yawn." Because you rub, and yawn.
- Remember, your topic is what first flashed into your mind. And you're probably still looking at it right now.
- And if you are looking at a topic right now, you need a session. So do this. . . .
- Get an overall idea of your topic: the people, the places, the events, the efforts, the thoughts, the feelings.
- It's OK to include other people's thoughts too. You often have some perception of these and they can hang things up if you don't include them...
- ...sometimes. All right. So take this overall idea of your topic and put it above you, above your head!
- You can do this. It's OK if you can't move the whole topic, the whole idea, all at once.
- Just move a little part of it, a molecule, an electron. That will work. If it's a person, just move some eyeballs, or fingers.
- Or even sort of hold it all still and mentally back away from it.
- The whole point is for YOU to control the idea, just a little bit, just a small amount, rather than have IT control you.
- Remember to encourage any yawns that start to appear. You WANT to yawn while doing this procedure.
- And keep rubbing. Rub, and yawn. Rub, and Y-A-W-N. Rub, and Y-A-W-N.
- All right. You've got this topic, some part of it, ABOVE you. Very good.
- Take your topic, your current view of it, and put it below you, below your feet.
- Good. Put it to the right of you.
- Good. Put it to the left of you.
- Good. Put it in front of you.
- All right. Put it behind you.
- Good. It's OK if you can't keep up — maybe you're yawning. That's fine. Just pick up the next command you can.
- And it's OK if your view of the topic changes while you're doing this.
- Some aspect did seem important, then less important as it was discharged. And now some other aspect seems important.
- Maybe even an earlier event with similar feelings will come up. That's fine, just go with what naturally appears. Go with the flow.
- So take your topic. Put it above you.
- Good. Put it below you.
- All right. Put it to the right of you.
- Good. Put it to the left of you.
- All right. Put it in front of you.
- Good. Put it behind you.
- All right. Take your topic and put it above you.
- You can put it near or far.You can have just one copy, or a million copies if you want. You can fill up a little or the whole space above you.
- Very good. Take your topic, put it below you.
- Good. Put it to the right of you.
- Good. Put it to the left of you.
- All right. Now, it is possible to move memories of events in time, as well as in space.
- You can move them backwards or forwards, earlier or later.
- Shifting the time like this helps to discharge the final bits of bad energy.
- But it works best when you are just finishing off dealing with your topic.
- So shift the time if you can, but if you can't just continue with the space version.
- Take your topic and put it in front, in space or time.
- Good. Put it back, in space or time.
- Good. Put it in front, in space or time.
- Good. Put it back, in space or time.
- All right. Put it in front, in space or time.
- Good. Put it back, in space or time.
- All right. Now put it in front as far as possible in space or time.
- Good. Put it back as far as possible in space or time.
- Good. Put it in front as far as possible in space or time.
- Good. Put it back as far as possible in space or time.
- All right. Put it ahead of you as far as possible in space or time.
- Very good. Now, at some point your topic will be discharged and you won't be able to get any more yawns off.
- You should feel very calm and peaceful about it all.
- It might take 5 minutes, 5 yawns, 10 minutes, 20 yawns, 25 minutes, maybe even more.
- So when it is done take a break. Don't start [another] topic in the same session.
- All right. Let's work on getting off any unexpressed yawns.
- So s-t-r-e-t-c-h.
- And rub. Squeeze the chair. Squeeze the table.
- Tap your fingers on the table. And y-a-w-n.
- Keep rubbing and y-a-w-n-i-n-g. Just get off any of these [yawns] that are there.
- All right. Take your topic and put it above you.
- Good. Put it below you.
- Good. Put it to the right of you.
- Good. Put it to the left of you.
- Good. Put it in front of you, in space or time.
- All right. Put it back in space or time.
- Good. Put it in front, in space or time.
- Good. Put it back in space or time.
- Good. Put it in front, in space or time.
- Good. Put it back in space or time.
- Good. And put it in front as far as possible, in space or time.
- Good. Put it back as far as possible, in space or time.
- All right. Good. There are lots of more advanced ways of doing this at www.yawnguy.com.
- We'll just look at one of these quickly.
- You can look at events from other viewpoints, the viewpoints of the other people in your events. Their thoughts and feelings.
- You can do this one person at a time or by groups of people.
- So, with special attention to the other viewpoints, take your topic and put it above you.
- Good. Put it below you.
- Good. Put it to the right of you.
- Good. Put it to the left of you.
- Good. Put it in front of you.
- Good. Put it behind you.
- All right. Very good. I'm going to be ending this session very shortly. If you're in the middle of something, just play the video again.
- Keep rubbing and yawning. Then start in again on the same topic when I start the commands again.
- Don't start a new topic.
- All right. END OF SESSION.
