This exercise is all about the power of gratitude.
Research shows that thinking about aspects of your life of which you're grateful
will make you feel happier.
So spend a few moments thinking about just one thing
for which yo have a sense of gratitude.
Such as having good friends or a supportive family,
being in a wonderful relationship,
doing a job you love,
enjoying good health,
or having a roof over your head,
or enough food on the table.
Whatever it is, remember why you have a good reason to be grateful.
