Process involved in adding subtitles described in this video. First step in process is to create a video.

Second step in process is to create a dotSUB account. Go to URL on previous slide for creating login and password.

Adding subtitles not difficult. Enter a starting and stopping time in minutes and seconds for the subtitle.

Once all of the subtitles have been created, click on the "Done" link to indicate process is completed.

In short time the newly created transcription available for viewing. Check to see if the created subtitles are appropriate.
