I'am Martin Davidson, i'am Chief Executive of British Council. We know that right around the world, young people want access English
language to give them the skills they need to take part in the globalism economic but also to get access to all knowledge
and understanding we have in this country, and our ambition as organization is every learner end teacher of English right
around the world, should have access to the best of English language teaching from this country.
I'm delighted that we are planning to work with major and precious organizations, like the BBC, like the Open University
but also the best uncommercial companies to provide access to all the best of our teaching. And this is why we've just been using
traditional methods but also we look for new methods using electronic and Internet services and in particular access
to individual tutors and individual teachers using VOIP, another modern method. In this way, we can do it show,
that young people, right around the world, the most particularly in India and in China, are gonna be able to meet that aspiration.
