The YETAM team is visiting the CRTA, the Center for Technical Strengthening of Artisans for the purpose of doing a story. So let's go to see inside. In this Center, We have a section for wood carpentry and one for metal work. We do research in the area of transformation of grains and in dehydration of fruits and vegetables to improve working conditions. In principle, we should recruit the youth from the village to train them but unfortunately the Center doesn't have enough financing to carry out all its actions. We lack staff. Just for the carpentry section, we should have another 4 people, but the lack of resources when there is a lot of work obliges us to sub contract with other professionals so that we can work quickly. Our goal to recruit the young people from the village remains, even if it's just to train them in a trade.
