Nur "frenezuloj" kredas ke iam ĉiuj popoloj vivos en paco kaj havos komunan internacian lingvon krom siajn naciajn, regionajn kaj lokajn lingvojn. Sed kiom "frenezaj" estas tiuj ideoj? Kiom "freneza" estas vi? Ni estas tre "frenezaj" kaj fieras pri tio.

Esperanto is the language of the future.
The idea of an international language is a very old one.
When Esperanto was first unveiled at the end of the 19th century,
it was simply one more international language project.
But aftera few years of development
it became clear that this language would be a lot more than only a ''language project''.
Today it is an accepted fact, forall those who actively use Esperanto,
that the language has proved itself to be an extremely suitable language for international communication.
lt is easier,
it is more neutral,
it is fairer than national languages
and it is more successful than other planned languages.
and it is more successful than other planned languages.
Esperanto can solve a definite part of the so called language problem.
lt can facilitate international communication
in a spirit of equality.
Because of these advantages, it may come to pass that sooner or later,
Esperanto will become the official international language of the world
and will become everyone's second language on top of their mother tongue.
But revolutionary ideas,
which advocate power structure changes in the society
don't spread easily or quickly.
This has become obvious more than once in the history of mankind.
Take for example the arabic numbers,
which are clearly much easier and more practical than roman numerals,
and yet they were accepted worlwide only after several centuries.
Those who say that Esperanto is utopian,
act as though they could foretell the future evolution of makind.
For example:Who could foretell at the beginning of 1989
that the Berlin wall would come down in that year?
Nobody can say for certain what the world will look like in 20 or 100 years!
Twenty years ago the internet was barely used,
and a hundred years ago women did not have the right to vote in the majority of countries.
Esperanto is almost a philosophy.
Esperanto is respect.
Equality.
Happiness.
The basic idea of Esperanto
is about supporting tolerance and respect
among peoples in different countries and cultures.
Communication certainly is an essential part of understanding one another
and when this communication takes place by means of a neutral language,
that can promote the feeling of meeting on an equal playing field
and with respect for one another.
That kind of respectful, intercultural communication
will hopefully one day be the hallmark of all humanity.
