First, google search dotSUB
When you have done that click the first link you see
If you dont already have an account, register in the top right corner
When you have made an account click "Post new video"
Then fill in the information for the video
Sorry, my computers alittle slow
Now go to your video that you want to add subtitles to on YouTube
Copy the URL at the tope of the screen
Then paste it in the box
One the video is finished uploading click on it
Then, there is a little box at the bottom right corner of the video wich says Translate and Transcribe
Click it
In this part you can add subtitles and what time they come into the video
When your done click Mark this Transaction complete
Then, in the same box you will see a box that says select language. In this box you can change it to any language of you choice.
If you dont want to just click English %100
When you have done that click save
Choose the location you want to save it to
When its done saving close it and go back to youtube
Go down to the video again and press Edit
then click on Captions and Subtitles
Click browse
then go to the saved file and select it
fill in the rest of the information
Click upload and your done
