Water is a common Wealth. It is not produced by man and it is not unlimited. 75% of man’s body is composed of water. Water is the source of Life. Without water living beings and the Earth will die without it. International debate on the Water Emergency is not still resolved and time… ..if man is going to utilize it with common sense and intelligence….. If this wouldn’t happen a Third World War would be inevitable and it would happen for water, not for oil!! From these previouses all Nations are moving to pronounce their approbation or not about the question if water is a primary right for man. …but the real problem, in reality, lies in the use is made of it. The problem raised usually is that concerning at the price imposed to advantage of it...but not all Countries can allowed!! Why we have to pay for a wealth, because it is that, which everibody needs it and which is a right for all of us? Pay it to who? To others human beings, with our same rights and our same necessities! If they will take off water from us we will be definitively slaves of Economy and our existence will dependes from our economic situation… Who will be not capable to pay it will be sentenced to death. The indifference about this problem is increasing in “privileged” Nations….. …instead we should think that the right of birth and growth in a modestly autosuficcent environment is the right of everyone and the fact that we were born and raised in one of these Nations
