and education to the three quarters of the world's population who currently don't have access to it

because they don't represent a market to the large digital content providers.

The Rosetta Foundation was launched this year, in the summer, at Aegis,

the Action for Global Information Sharing, at the University of Limerick,

by Professor Don Barry, the President of the University of Limerick,

and it is a not-for-profit organisation that is going to be run

along the lines of social entrepreneurship,

to bring initiatives, people and communities together
