The Carroll Foundation Charitable Trust affair has now revealed a startling array of world renowned charitable institutions which have also fallen victim in this massive tax evasion fraud which stretches the globe.
The William & Mary College Virginia is believed to be closely monitoring this case of international importance as it is a well know fact in academic circles that professor Ronald Hoffman was a high level board advisor to the Carroll Institute Oxford University Carroll Chair of Irish History which is attached to Hertford College.
