Shutterstock, the largest subscription-based stock photography agency in the world, David leads the company's M&A, corporate partnership and strategic growth initiatives. At Insight Venture Partners, a $3 billion private equity and venture capital firm focused on software and Internet investments, David worked on investments in companies including Twitter and eVestment Alliance which together represented more than $170M of deployed capital. He is also a Co-founder of LendforPeace.org, an international microfinance non-profit focused on the Middle East.

In between, as an innovator in the digital music space, Robin was also the founding CEO of SpiralFrog, as well as the founder of Rebel Digital, a digital music marketing consultancy. He is now also heading a stealth startup to be announced.

A veteran of the software industry, Mr. Novak has spent the last twenty years focussed on the intersection of Asia, digital media, and technology. He most recently served as board chair of
Cogswell Polytechnical College, the leading digital media college in Silicon Valley, and was U.S. Representative to
China's annual IT conference. He was also President of Clarke Consulting Group, a leading intercultural communications consulting firm focussed on US/Asia joint ventures.

He has long-term software industry experience with leadership roles in building sales / support operations in Europe and Asia for several software companies. Kirti serves as moderator of the 2000+ member Automated Language Translation group in LinkedIn, and is a frequent public speaker, blogger and respected twitter contributor on the subject of translation technology. Kirti received his formal education in South Africa, India and the U.S.
